How do I create an account?
Open the app and choose WeChat sign-in. Once you authorize it, your account is created automatically and there is nothing else to fill in.
How do I delete my account?
Open the
Delete account and data page and use any of the methods listed there, or email jackie@letangdou.com with "delete account" plus your username. We will handle it within 15 business days.
What if my game data is missing?
Contact us by email or WeChat support with your username and the approximate time of the games, and we will help look into it.
